Our home has a lot to offer! Just to name a few thing in our home that makes this house so cozy is our tankless water heater and NEST which controls the heating and cooling system. We have a 60 inch regulation basket ball hoop, a 12 foot projector tv, lots of weight lifting equipment, jetted tub in the master bedroom, full kitchen, with a fenced in back yard with doggie doors. Our home is close to town and about 15 minutes to the mountains and lakes. The Dinosaur Condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Centralized in the middle of Vernal, UT, Uintah County. Rather you're here visiting family nearby or planning on an expedition, our condo is centrally located close to museums, recreational activities, & good eats provided in our county. Our condo has a queen bed in a full bed in one room a twin/futon full bunk bed in another as well as a pull out couch bed that is a twin in There is a play pen provided for little ones too. We have puzzles, coloring books for children and toy dinosaurs. The kitchen is furnished with dishes, pots and pans, a crock-pot, toaster, coffee pot, and coffee provided. The bathrooms are stocked with soap and other toiletries if needed. There is a laundry nook with a washer and dryer provided with laundry detergent and fabric sheets/fabric softner. This is the perfect property to stay in when you are coming to the Uintah Basin to hunt or fish. If you bring a horse there is panels set up to keep them in.
